Kindly consider extending the last date for filing the ITRs by individuals among others amid the recent technical glitches faced by most return filers. In all fairness, their convenience to do so must be of paramount importance. No sky jacketed approach should be followed by the CBDT.

Why not universal income and pension schemes can not be introduced for PHH category?
This is possible and should be introduced immediately.
