Invest huge amount in creation and propagation of MOOCs (online education courses) with rich multimedia content and make sure that these are recognized in the job market.Must be done especially for technologies of future.Current efforts of HRD ministry for this not enough. Income tax deductions allowed on normal fixed deposit of 1 yrs.
Up to Income of 1 lac -1 %, 2 lac.- 2 %, 3 lac - 3%, 4 lac- 4 %, 5 Lac - 5 percent up to 10 lac same process ,everyone will pay income tax on easy way for nation building

I being a farmer in diary farming suggest my dear Central Govt to support cattle farmers by giving subsidy directly to the account of farmers for the milk we give to Government handled organisations for eg (KMF in Karnataka) as it is the least profitable business as even agreed upon experts and we farmers only survive on subsidies , loans and extra benefits THE COST OF CATTLE FEED COMES MORE THAN THE RATE WE GET FOR MILK ... PLEASE NOTE THIS
